Effective October 21, 2026. Juvarex is operated by Henan Aijiwu Trading Co., Ltd. We currently accept delivery orders to the United States only. All prices and shipping fees are in USD.
Shipping methods and fees

The free standard shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Expedited service does not remove the preparation stage. A guaranteed expedited delivery date is not offered.
Preparation and transport are separate

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. The combined standard window adds preparation and carrier transport together; the carrier window alone is not the total time from purchase. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holidays, customs review and carrier disruption can extend delivery.
Order confirmation and dispatch
Check your order confirmation for the delivery address and items ordered. If information needed to process an order is missing, preparation may wait until it is supplied. When your parcel is dispatched, use the tracking information provided in the dispatch notice. Tracking scans may not appear immediately after a label is created.
Address changes and cancellation
Email service@juvarex.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Changes and cancellations depend on the order's actual progress and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Please do not include payment card details. A request is not complete until our support team confirms the outcome.
Delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries
If tracking is delayed, an item arrives damaged or incorrect, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with the order number and relevant tracking details. Check safe delivery locations and other household members where appropriate. Keep the packaging and send photographs of visible damage if available. We will review the facts with the relevant parties and arrange an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund where applicable. This does not reduce your statutory rights.
Taxes and customs
Applicable sales taxes, where collected, are shown at checkout. If a shipment attracts import charges not collected at checkout, responsibility will be determined by the applicable law and the order terms shown to you. We do not promise that all shipments are free from customs review or additional charges.
